Mentoring is distinct from Coaching in a number of ways. One way to describe it is as a collaborative learning relationship where a mentor shares skills, knowledge, and expertise with a mentee through meaningful conversations and experience sharing over a period of time.
Mentoring partnership often fosters mutual growth and supports embracing diverse perspectives and knowledge. A Mentor is often who has tread the same path as you as a mentee is aiming for or at least can share what it takes to progress on that path.
My extensive experience leading large HR functions over several years and working with some of the best talent across levels allows me to offer this to anyone who is keen to partner with me in their professional HR journey. I have had the privilege of mentoring several HR professionals and leaders who now work in very senior and successful roles across industries.
My offer is primarily for one on one mentoring for those pursuing a career in People & Culture and I have also been a Speed Mentor for groups of professionals.
