Your way of being shapes your behavior, communication and conversations with others that defines the relationships you create and results you produce by actioning with and through others.
As a leader, you are expected to set the agenda and make decisions under pressure. You’ve likely heard of the term VUCA—Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous—describing the environment we navigate. Now, with the rapid advancements of AI disrupting industries, we face an even more unpredictable landscape: We may soon refer to it as VUCAI.
But what does this mean for you? Amidst this complexity, you still have projects to complete, a business to run, and targets to meet—while managing diverse personalities, each with their own perspective and needs. On top of that, you juggle responsibilities as a parent, spouse, child, or significant other. It’s no surprise that you often feel overwhelmed, stuck or limited in reference to your dreams and aspirations.
There is no fixed approach to my coaching. Coaching engagements with me are typically hourly sessions on a bi-monthly basis and range anywhere from 3 months to 12 months. I discuss with my clients based on what will work best for them. In my coaching, I maintain complete confidentiality while following the Code of Ethics as articulated by the International Coaching Federation.
As a client, you get the same results if you take the same actions as always. As a coach, I support clients in unravelling new possibilities and new actions in pursuit of desired results. I will help you to slow down, observe and expand your awareness in close partnership where you will be empowered and commit to new actions that often need getting out of comfort zone and embodying new ways of being.
What can I do to be lead with vision, creativity, resilience in face of uncertainty? How do I communicate and navigate strategic transformation with expectations of growth and performance impact?
How do I influence stakeholders, support complex, changing business and/or customer needs? What can I do to gain trust, build relationships and lead with confidence?
