There is no such thing as a perfect or an ideal leader. We are all in the process of becoming one and that takes us through a journey of doing, stumbling, getting up, growing, collaborating, learning, achieving and not always in the same order. It isn’t a linear increasing graph.
Who are you as a leader and where do you want to go?
Leadership research, tools and frameworks help us to put things in perspective, build awareness of who we are as a leader in the context of our work and provide insights for our development and growth.
As a certified Hogan and Leadership Circle practitioner, I support leaders in leveraging these assessments in their quest to become a more effective leader. This is often done alongside coaching with me or independent of that.
These assessments can also be completed for a team of leaders for a collective perspective.
