My professional journey started 30 years ago after completing a rigorous Masters degree in HR and Bachelors in Engineering. A few years ago, I decided to take a leap of faith into a naturally related space although that needed me to invest my time in a more dedicated way.
As an Executive and Leadership Coach I followed up a successful HR career and leadership journey built as Chief People Officer and Executive Director in global, multi-cultural organizations such as Capgemini, IBM and Wipro.
In my early career, I rose quickly into leadership roles in both growing and challenging business environments, gaining wealth of experience while driving business-focused and strategic programs, working in globally diverse teams and complex environments. When I look back at the early period of my leadership, coaching was not as accessible as it is today with the new Digital world and acceleration during and post pandemic. And that’s great for anyone looking to break new ground.
I have worked across multiple sectors and diverse clients spanning Telecom, Technology, Consulting , FMCG, and Financial services. I have significant experience building talent and leadership capability across levels, driving business vitality and performance, Transformation, Organizational Design and Culture.
As an Executive Coach, I have the privilege of working with senior leaders, executives, and high-potential professionals across various industries to support them in identifying and harnessing their natural strengths. My work with leaders across levels had emphasis on talent acceleration, change management, building resilience, influence, navigating conflict and complexity to name a few.

At a personal level, I have been a long distance swimmer, cricketer, trekker in my early days, and marathoner in recent years, and now support causes related to under-served segments and Yoga for wholistic well-being.
